Aptitude test vs interest test: which one should you trust?
Neither — alone. The right answer is a behavioural baseline first, then aptitude and interest as overlays.

An aptitude test measures what you can do. An interest test measures what you want to do. Both miss the most predictive variable: how you naturally behave.
RAPD starts with the behavioural layer. Aptitude and interest are then read against it, not instead of it.
When all three converge, you have a high-fit career. When they diverge, you have a conversation to have.
