An aptitude test measures what you can do. An interest test measures what you want to do. Both miss the most predictive variable: how you naturally behave.

RAPD starts with the behavioural layer. Aptitude and interest are then read against it, not instead of it.

When all three converge, you have a high-fit career. When they diverge, you have a conversation to have.
