Mentor University

A senior certified practice
— and a community.

India does not regulate career counselling. Which is exactly why credentialling matters more, not less. Every Dheya mentor is CPD-accredited, RAPD™-trained, progressed through supervised casework, and held to ongoing professional development. Mentor University is the credential.

CPD-Accredited

Every mentor holds a Continuing Professional Development accreditation, renewed annually against logged practice hours, peer-supervised cases and ethics review.

RAPD™ Trained

Formal training in the RAPD behavioural framework — Results, Affiliation, Patience, Diligence — plus QPA, 4Q and FUTURES™ instrumentation. No mentor delivers a tool they were not trained on.

Supervised Casework

Mentors progress through tiered supervision: observed cases, co-mentored cases, and finally independent practice. The first 50 cases are reviewed by a senior practitioner.

Identity & Background Verified

Every applicant passes identity verification, professional reference checks and a background review before being onboarded into the mentor network.

Peer Supervision Network

Active mentors meet monthly in supervised peer-review pods to discuss live cases, calibrate judgement and share evidence. Practice does not happen in isolation.

Outcome-Reviewed

Mentor performance is reviewed against mentee clarity outcomes and CLIQI™ progression — not just session counts. Tier progression depends on it.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Who can apply to become a Dheya mentor?
Practising psychologists, career counsellors, HR professionals, educators and industry leaders with strong practice hours in mentoring, coaching or counselling. Applicants must pass identity verification, professional reference checks and a background review before onboarding.
What is CPD accreditation and why does Dheya require it?
CPD (Continuing Professional Development) accreditation is a globally recognised framework that verifies ongoing learning, ethics review and supervised practice hours. India does not regulate career counselling, so Dheya makes CPD accreditation mandatory as a floor for professional accountability.
How does the four-tier mentor system work?
Mentor University runs a four-tier credentialling pathway (Tier I–IV) mapped to logged practice hours, supervised casework and outcome reviews. Mentors progress from observed cases to co-mentored cases and finally independent practice; the first 50 cases are always reviewed by a senior practitioner.
How much can a Dheya mentor earn?
Mentors have four revenue lines — one-to-one sessions, cohorts and school programmes, corporate engagements and product royalties — fed by a single demand pipeline. Actual earnings depend on tier, availability and specialisation; we share the revenue model transparently during onboarding.
What is the RAPD™ framework?
RAPD™ is Dheya's behavioural assessment covering four dimensions — Results-drive, Affiliation, Patience and Diligence. Every mentor is formally trained on RAPD plus QPA, 4Q and FUTURES™ instrumentation. No mentor delivers a tool they were not trained on.
How long does the application process take?
Applications open quarterly. From application to onboarding is typically 4–8 weeks: shortlist and reference checks, RAPD training, supervised casework, and CPD accreditation. We respond to every applicant within five working days.
