The 7-D Journey is not a sales funnel. It is a clinical protocol. Each stage has a defined input, a defined output, and a milestone gate — which means a mentor cannot fast-forward you to the next stage without producing the artefact from the current one.
Discover is behavioural. RAPD produces a Natural and Adapted profile, plus a Gap analysis.
Define is aspirational. The output is three identity statements anchored in ToW, FoW, and MoW.
Direction is the immediate decision: stream, course, role, or pivot.
Dream makes the destination concrete enough to walk toward.
Desire converts the dream into milestones with timelines.
Design is the fail-proof plan, including backup paths.
Develop is the execution loop — learning, practice, and ongoing mentor accountability.
