For eighteen years, Dheya has refused to treat career choice as a logistics problem. Streams, colleges, roles — these are downstream consequences of an upstream answer. This page describes what we believe, what we refuse, and the method that follows from both.
Five beliefs that decide everything else.

Destination before direction.
A young person who knows who they are becoming will choose better courses, better roles and better lives than one who knows only the next exam. We begin upstream of the decision, not at the decision.

Mentoring, not coaching.
Coaching optimises performance. Mentoring shapes a person across years. Our work is the second — slower, quieter, and accountable to a life, not a quarter.

Behaviour, not labels.
Personality types flatter the reader and predict nothing. The RAPD instrument measures patterned behaviour across situations — a far more honest mirror, and a far more useful one.

Fit, not aspiration alone.
Dreams matter. So does evidence. TriFit holds aspiration, interest and ability in the same frame — because careers built on only one of the three rarely hold.

A mentor is responsible to the mentee, not to the parent.
Parents are our partners, but the work serves the person doing the becoming. Where there is tension, the mentee's clarity is the brief.

No university, coaching brand or test platform pays Dheya to be recommended. Ever.
We do not make guarantees no honest mentor can make.
We commit to method, presence and accountability. A career outcome is not a promise we can keep.
