"I was a bit lost when it came to choosing the right stream for my Master’s and planning my future career. I came to know about Dheya through my father, and after enrolling in the course, I gained a much better understanding of myself, including strengths and weaknesses that I had never really recognized before. The mentor was extremely supportive and guided me throughout the course in a very detailed and structured manner. The counselling sessions were especially helpful in understanding my interests, strengths, and identifying career fields that could be a good fit for me. The coordinator was also very friendly, approachable, and supportive throughout the process. Overall, this course helped me learn a lot about myself and gave me much-needed clarity and direction regarding my future. "Dhey career Mentors are very excellent. The whole process is to understand child's capabilities, they take schycometric test and based on the answers given by child they generate a report. Then they schedule a session with a experienced mentor who understands your child in detail by talking to him/her and further suggests 4 career options for child to explore. Child needs to do detailed research, based on which in the final session they conclude by giving right career option. Whole process was very smooth for us. Vinita Mam was reachable and guided us at every step and Umesh Sir was excellent in communicating with my child and making him understand best career option that is most suitable. This gives a right direction to move forward in child's career. Overall excellent."

"My daughter is in tenth standard and was looking for a structured approach to shortlist possible careers as well as higher education streams post tenth. Dheya's psychometric tests followed by three detailed counselling sessions helped us understand her inherent strengths as well as weaknesses and shortlist four career options. The additional projects on each of the career options, followed by the counselor's review helped us explore many details of these career options and then shortlist to two. The counselor usually come from a long corporate experience and are not only from academia. That helps them provide a 360 degree feedback on what is market relevant and what is not. This is unlike the tests conducted by some of the schools, which are fairly dated and not aligned to the job market realities. I am really satisfied with Dheya's services and not planning to shortlist the potential institution/university which my daughter will target post her tenth standard."
