Dheya is rooted in an ancient principle: every human being has a Swabhava — an inherent nature — and the highest expression of life is to live in accordance with one's Swadharma, the role that flows from that nature. We do not ask people to fit themselves into careers. We help them discover the career that fits them.

Destination-First Diagnostic
Before any plan, the mentor uses QPA (Qualities → Possibilities → Aspirations) plus the Five-Pillar Identity framework to lock a destination across six dimensions: Type of Work, Field, Mode, Scale, Purpose, Impact. No skill is built, no course recommended, no action taken until the destination passes a formal review. Purpose is a deliverable, not a vibe.
