Mentor University is Dheya's CPD-accredited training and supervision pathway. It exists because career guidance in India is unregulated — so we regulate ourselves: documented curriculum, logged practice hours, peer supervision, and an annual ethics review before anyone works with a family.

- Foundation training plus supervised casework typically runs 4–8 weeks before independent practice begins. Progression beyond that is measured in logged practice hours, not calendar time — Tier I to Tier IV spans 0 to 3,000+ supervised hours.
- Is the certification CPD-accredited?
- Yes. Career counselling is not a regulated profession in India, so Dheya makes CPD (Continuing Professional Development) accreditation mandatory. Accreditation is renewed annually against logged practice hours, peer-supervised cases, and an ethics review.
- How do Mentor University graduates earn?
- Four revenue lines feed off one demand pipeline: direct sessions, School Connect cohorts, referrals, and a volume bonus. Actual earnings depend on tier, availability, and specialisation; the full model is shared transparently during onboarding.
- Which assessments do Dheya mentors use?
- Mentors are trained only on Dheya's own instrumentation — RAPD™ for behavioural patterns, plus QPA, 4Q, and FUTURES™. We do not resell generic off-the-shelf personality inventories, and no mentor delivers a tool they were not trained and supervised on.
