The mentor certification pathway, level by level

Career counselling is unregulated in India, so a mentor certification is only worth what the training behind it demands. Here is exactly what each level asks of you.

    Foundation & RAPD™ certification

    4–6 weeks, blended

    Core curriculum: career mentoring versus counselling, the 7D journey, RAPD™ behavioural interpretation, parent and student communication, ethics and boundaries. Ends with a written and viva assessment.

  2. Level 2

    Supervised casework

    Your first cases, reviewed

    Observed cases, then co-mentored cases. Every report is reviewed by a senior practitioner, with written feedback, before you present it to a family. The first 50 cases stay under review.

  3. Level 3

    Specialisation track

    Youth or Professional

    Choose a track — school and college students, or mid-career and senior professionals — and add the matching instrumentation (QPA, 4Q, FUTURES™) plus track-specific casework.

  4. Level 4

    CPD accreditation & independent practice

    Renewed annually

    CPD accreditation issued against logged practice hours, peer-supervised cases and an ethics review, then renewed each year. Master Mentors additionally teach and supervise new cohorts.
