- How much time does it take from us? POLARIS runs 1 session over 2–3 weeks, COMPASS 3 sessions over 1–2 months, NORTHSTAR 8 sessions across 12 months. Assessments are completed online before the readout.
- What does it cost, and why the range? From ₹6,999 on POLARIS, ₹14,999 on COMPASS, ₹29,999 on NORTHSTAR. The range reflects session count, mentor level, and how long we stay engaged — not a different assessment.
- Are parents part of this or is it only for the child? Both. The Parent Aspiration Map captures what the family hopes for and reconciles it with the child's authentic direction, and the engagement closes with a parent debrief.
- What if the recommendation is not what we expected? The readout shows the evidence behind the shortlist, so disagreement becomes a discussion about data rather than opinion. The mentor works through the gap with you in the debrief.
